About the work
- The work of getting your brand named and cited when someone asks an AI assistant a question in your category. It covers the technical signals engines need to read your site, the content they choose to cite, and the off-site mentions that make them trust you as an entity. It's the discipline some vendors label GEO (generative engine optimization) or AEO; the work is the same.
- SEO gets a page to rank on a results page. AI search optimization gets a brand named inside a generated answer. The engines are different, the signals are weighted differently, and the outcome is a mention or citation, not a position. Most of the technical foundation overlaps; the content and authority work does not.
- ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Copilot. Every scan runs across all six.
- Technical fixes show up in engine behavior within two to six weeks. Content and earned-mention work typically takes 60 to 120 days to move citation rates. That's why managed programs run on a six-month initial term. A shorter one guarantees you cancel before the outcome lands.
- No, and neither can anyone else. No vendor controls the models. What we commit to is the 90-Day Re-scope Guarantee: at day 90 we review results against the targets set at kickoff. If your AI mention rate on the agreed prompt set hasn't moved, we re-scope the program at no charge (prompt set, page mix, outreach targets) before month four.
- A mention is an editorial reference to your brand on someone else's site. A link is one that links back. Both come only from PR placements, editorial coverage and resource pages. We do not buy links, trade links, or seed forums. Those signals are the ones the engines are learning to discount.

Managed Services
- A named strategist, weekly scans of your approved prompt set, technical fixes implemented on your site, pages written and published to your CMS, earned mention and link outreach, entity profile maintenance, a weekly visibility email every Monday, and a monthly KPI report with a review call. Growth covers one site; Authority covers up to three with a quarterly strategy session.
- The first 30 days, which are the most expensive month of the program: an AI visibility audit against three named competitors, prompt-set design, entity graph build, CMS integration, every technical fix live before month one, and a 90-day plan with KPI targets you sign off on.
- Anything that carries your voice or makes a claim: new positioning, pricing pages, regulated or legal-sensitive copy, and every off-site pitch or quote. Technical fixes are implemented and logged without review. Page rewrites and FAQ sections are published and sent to you in a weekly digest with a five-day window to veto. The split is written down at onboarding and attached to the agreement.
- MeetGEO's platform does the scanning, drafting, schema generation and deployment. A named strategist designs the prompt set, edits every page to your voice, runs the outreach follow-through and owns your report. You are never handed to a rotating account pool.
- We deliver the content and schema as ready-to-publish files from the Content Library, with implementation notes for your developer. The rest of the program is unchanged.
- Paid links or link networks, Reddit or forum seeding, paid media, keyword rankings or local SEO, review management, and site design or development. Anything past the plan caps is quoted as a change order before work starts.

The Platform
- Same engine. On the Platform, your team reviews the queue and ships the approved changes. On a managed program, we do. If nobody on your team will log in weekly, Managed Services is the honest choice.
- Not on WordPress or Shopify. The plugin and app push changes for your approval. On other platforms, the Agency tier delivers output packages your developer deploys.
- Fourteen days on every Platform tier, no credit card. The free tools (visibility audit, crawler checker, schema checker, content depth score) need no account at all.
- Yes. The Agency tier runs up to ten domains and delivers output packages for any platform. A managed white-label option is not open yet.

Working with MeetGEO
- Managed programs: onboarding fee at signing, monthly fee billed in advance, net 15. Platform: monthly by card, cancel anytime.
- You own every page, schema block and entity asset we create. MeetGEO keeps anonymized records of which changes moved citations across engagements. That's how the work gets better.
