Most AI search vendors do one of two things badly.

    Failure one

    Tools that only report.

A dashboard tells you your citation share fell four points on Tuesday. It does not fix the schema, rewrite the page, or earn the mention that would change it. The fixes sit in a queue nobody has time to ship.

    Failure two

    Agencies that can't prove it.

A retainer promises visibility and delivers a deck. When the number moves, nobody can say whether it was the work or the model changing its mind.

    The resolution

MeetGEO ships the fixes and shows you the before and after, prompt by prompt.

Run it yourself, or have us run it.

    Managed Services

We run the whole program on your site: technical fixes implemented, pages written and published, earned mentions and links pursued, entity profile maintained, weekly report in your inbox every Monday. You approve anything that carries your voice. We handle the rest.

    Platform

The same engine, self-serve. Agents diagnose why your site isn't cited, write the content, generate the schema and push changes to WordPress or Shopify for your approval. Built for teams that want to own the work.

    How a managed program starts

Three steps from invisible to cited.

    1. 01

      Free audit.

Run the AI visibility audit. You see your current citation rate across six engines, the schema gaps, and whether AI crawlers can reach your site. Then a strategy call to decide whether the program fits.

    2. 02

      Onboarding, 30 days.

We build your prompt set of real buyer questions, map your entity graph, connect your CMS, and implement every technical fix. All of it is live before your first monthly cycle begins.

    3. 03

      The monthly cycle.

Weekly scans, pages written and published, mentions pursued, entity profile maintained. Every Monday the visibility email lands with the prompt set shown; every month the KPI report shows movement against the targets we agreed on.

What a managed program does every month

Every deliverable exists for one reason: getting your brand named in AI answers.

    • Weekly scans of your approved prompt set across six engines, with competitor tracking
    • Technical fixes implemented and live: server-side schema, AI crawler access, heading structure, entity graph, internal links
    • Pages written or rewritten to citation-ready standard, edited to your voice, published to your CMS
    • Earned mentions and links from editorial coverage, PR placements and resource pages. Never paid, never swapped
    • Entity profile maintenance so every engine resolves your brand as one thing
    • Weekly visibility email with the prompt set shown, plus a monthly KPI report and review call

    Competitor tracking

You see who the engines recommend instead of you, and by how much.

Every scan runs the same buyer questions for your named competitors. The weekly email shows each one's mention rate, average position in the answer, and how often it beats you. When an engine recommends a competitor for a question you should own, that question becomes a content brief the same week.

    • Competitor mention rate and average position, per engine
    • Beats-you rate on every prompt
    • Biggest visibility gaps this week, with the engines that missed you
    • The five content briefs we're working on next, ranked by impact
    How we prove it

You see what was asked, what was changed, and what happened.

Every Monday you get a one-page email: overall visibility, mention rate, score by engine, competitor share, the week's biggest gaps, and the five content briefs we're working on next. The full prompt set is in it, so you can see exactly which buyer questions we're testing. Every change we make is logged with a date and a page, and every month's report shows movement against the prompts we agreed on at kickoff.

No vendor controls the models. What we control is the work, and we show all of it.

We also read what the engines say about you, not just whether they name you. If an assistant is quoting your old pricing, a discontinued product, or a competitor's claim as yours, that's a wrong answer reaching your buyers every day, and it goes into the same fix queue as a missing citation.

    Who's behind it

Built by a team that has done search optimization for thirty years and AI search since 2022.

The MeetGEO team has been optimizing for search for more than thirty years, running organic, paid and affiliate channels for national ecommerce brands. We were early to generative engine optimization and answer engine optimization, working on AI search visibility since 2022, before most of the tools now on the market existed. We built the platform because those tools were being made for enterprises with dev teams and six-figure budgets, and the mid-market brands that make up most of the web had no viable path. Managed Services is that path, run by the team that built the engine.

The free AI visibility audit shows your current citation rate across the major engines, the schema gaps, and whether AI crawlers can reach your site. Takes about two minutes. No account required.
